Shipping policy

As a growing site and organization some elements of Point Karting's shipping policy are still in refinement. One of these that is most tricky for us to fully monitor and commit to is our shipping policy. 

In the current environment, shipping is a very challenging part of our business to fully control. Shortages of personnel, resources, and an overwhelming surge in shipping demand are all factors that exacerbate delivery times and shipping issues. 

By Placing an Order with Us on Point Karting, You Acknowledge:

  • Items will be shipped as soon as possible. We are human beings at Point Karting. We care deeply about getting you your parts and components as soon as possible. However - if you place an order on Point karting of an item(s) at 3:58 AM on a Saturday, chances are it will not go out until (at earliest) the opening of the next business day. Business days are defined as Monday - Friday, from 9-5PM. Placing an order with us acknowledges understanding of this.  
  • Back ordered items will ship as soon as they are available. Sometimes we do not have an item in stock. We will inform you of this in a timely manner, with the option to return, cancel, or alter your order at this time. We cannot ship you an item we do not have in stock, or that our vendors do not have in stock, although we do our best to!
  • **Shipping times noted by our shipment items at checkout are best-effort estimates.** Point Karting is not liable for shipment delays or failure for an item to not arrive by an advertised delivery time line by a courier.

  • Items may ship from our Canadian warehouse, US warehouse, or directly from the manufacturer. In the event of a shipment incurring duties or import brokerage fees, Point Karting is not responsible for paying any fees. In the event of failure to pay these fees, no refunds will be given on the product or shipping fees unless a prior agreement is made.

Free Shipping

Point Karting offers free shipping of orders of $250 USD or more on some items. Free shipping is only available to orders shipping to the United States and Canada, and does not include duties and taxes incurred on shipments, or any other additional fees from the post office. 

Free shipping is not available on engines, chassis, used items, helmets, tires, tire racks, seats, kart stands, axles, bodywork, and other speciality shipped items.

A Note on Transaction Processing

For domestic shipments, please allow up to (48) hours to fully process your payment for order prior to shipment. Many shipments are enacted prior to expiration of this window, but some banks, transaction service providers, or products necessitate a processing period or special packaging preparation.
