Overview
With an integrated overflow channel into the center of the cap, and a metallic baffle and pop-off mechanism in the cap, this radiator cap is designed to fit on all Rotax radiators - from the Micro Max radiator up to the DD2 oversized radiator.
Thread this onto the threaded fill flange on the radiator and you are set to race! A molded plastic plenum is inserted into the middle of the cap to allow for linking of an overflow bottle to the top of the radiator with a length of fuel line.
